Not so fast...: Runny nose is often caused by the tears from the watery eyes draining into it. The cause of the watery eyes has to be treated. If it is due to allergies, then an allergy eye drop is the best treatment. If you have dry eyes, they can cause reflex tearing. An artificial tear can heal the eye surface, decreasing tearing. A doctor can help find the cause.

Watery: Try a nasal decongestant from the drugstore. If your eyes are watery from allergy, try some otc zaditor (ketotifen).
