Watery Eyes: Watery eyes can be caused by many entities-- allergic conjunctivitis, dry eye, foreign body in the eye are some possible causes. Itching can be caused by allergy or blepharitis, which is often treated with lid scrubs, warm compresses, and topical antibiotic to the lashes. Glasses are unlikely to help these symptoms.

More likely dry eyes: Watery, blurred, itchy eyes are usually either allergic or dry. These symptoms do not usually occur when someone needs glasses or is wearing the wrong prescription. See an eye doctor who will evaluate the health of your eyes and discuss treatment options with you.
