Timing: This is a difficult problem for which cold turkey coming off it may be the easy way to come a lot of sweets. However, the best way to create a craving is eat a carbohydrate on an empty stomach. If you eat that same carb every day after a meal the craving will be much less. For example if it is ice cream, eat the ice cream immediately after supper every night. Eat it later- expect cravings.
