A member asked:

1.whats considered a low blood pressure in the third trimester of pregnancy and how to manage it. 2.whats the best medication for a mil-severe pid?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

BP as low as 90/60 may be seen in pregnancy and as long as there are no symptoms of lightheadedness, fatigue, weakness or shortness of breath with activities and heart rate is normal, there's no concern. I'm unclear what mil-pid is. Azithromycin with metronidazole is effective for pelvic inflammatory disease in nonpregnant women, but I'd have to get advice about antibiotics safe for pregnant women
