Low blood pressure: Generally pregnant women have low blood pressure early in the pregnancy (first 24 wks). It is not usually directly harmful to the baby, but if you find yourself feeling dizzy, or light-headed then you are at risk for injury and that puts your baby at risk. Keeping yourself hydrated and taking your prenatal vitamins with iron are important.
