Baby colds: Best way to help babies wiht runny noses is to use Normal Saline spray or drops with gentle suction. Be careful not to be over zealous on the suctioning as it may damge the nasal mucosa & cause more congetion. You may also use steam vaporiser in the baby's bed room but be careful to keep it away from the baby's sleeping area so if steam accidentally spews it does not go to the baby's face/body.
