No cure...: There is no cure for the common cold, which can cause cough and fever. It is usually due to a viral infection so symptoms are treated while the infection runs its course, usually over several days to a week or so. See your doctor if symptoms are severe or worsening over time.

No"cure": Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Monitor for COVID 19 Symptoms which may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
