Postop Ileus: This is common after any abdominal surgery, primarily related to abnormal bowel function secondary to narcotic pain mediction. This can be worsened by stretching of the abdominal wall associated w/laparoscopy. The best solution is "time" and limiting pain meds. Feel better!
