See your doctor: He/she will refer you to a speech therapist who can teach you some trick s on swallowing, talking, eaking/drinking and managing secretions.

Extensive therapy: I would recommend finding a very good speech therapist that can work with you. Chances are you will find at least some improvement. Also you need to be evaluated to ensure that food and liquids are not going down your windpipe. Your ENT can help you find a good speech therapist.
