Baby teeth: Small # of children have 1 or more baby teeth erupted at birth. Small number do not begin to teethe until 18 months. Mostly eruption starts between 6-12 months, earlier in girls, later in boys. ALL children should see a Pediatric Children's Dental Specialist, a Pedodontist, when 1st baby tooth erupts, but no later than 1st b'day.
