No: You should not have elective surgery during pregnancy but the surgery prior to will not effect you becoming pregnant. Pregnancy may change your breast tissue, skin laxity and position of your breasts. These things should be taken into account before deciding when to have augmentation.

No.: Breast implant surgery will not have any effect on your ability to get pregnant; anecdotally, I have had many patients who report pregnancies soon after breast augmentation surgery. Most patients who have had this type of surgery are able to breast-feed as well. Best wishes.
