Depends: Is your addiction responsible for unwanted health effects such as being overweight? Chocolate has some benefits to health but like all good things an excess may be a problem. You can add alternatives to your diet such as low calorie vegetables. You can stop buying chocolate or being around fellow chocoholics. I must confess, that the enjoyment of chocolate is a great pleasure to me.
