It depends: This depends on how much chocolate you're eating. Eating small amounts of dark chocolate can have a reasonable place in a healthy food plan. If you're very overweight you can review your complete food intake with your physician and/or a nutritionist. Eliminating processed, sugary, and fried foods, increasing veggies, fruits, and lean proteins will help. Increasing exercise will help too!
