Lung and Graves: With hyperthyroidism such as in graves' disease, people can experience shortness of breath. However this is usually resolved with treatment of the hyperthyroidism. Graves' disease in itself, does not cause lung disease.

Graves: If the problem is agoter obstructing the neck then it is possible. In addition a small amount of people with graves have myasthenia gravis that can affect ability to breathe.
