Are fallen arches reversible in an adult?

Possible: Depends on the type of flat foot you have. If it is flexible flat feet, then yes. There is an implant that can be placed in your subtalor joint, which is a joint under your ankle joint, and this prevents/"blocks" your feet from falling. This is relatively an easy procedure about 10-15 minutes. If you do not want surgery, then custom orthotics will help as well. See your podiatrist.

Not really: Orthotics will help support the arch but only surgery will restore it.
