How can you lift a fallen arch?

Calf muscle lengthen: Calf muscle tendon lengthening with a gastrocnemius recession procedure followed by biomechanical control of the feet with orthotics to prevent falling of arches. This combination works well when the feet are flexible. If the feet are stiff and can't be moved to a neutral position off weight bearing, additional surgical procedures may be warranted to correct this deformity.

Couple of ways: An orthotic may help to support the arch and raise it. Only surgery will reestablish the arch.
