Heart attack: Is caused by a clot forming in a heart artery and blocking flow of blood to the heart muscle. It can be triggered by any kind of physical, psychologic or chemical(smoke)stress. The causes in women are the same. We think a fatty plaque in the blood vessel cracks and a clot forms at that spot.
