BBT, Ovulindex,+: Basal body temperature charts, and ovulation predictor over the counter kits can "approximate" day of ovulation. Thinning of the cervical mucous , and mid cycle one sided abdominal "twinge pain" can also help. Ovulation usually occurs 14 days before the onset of the next cycle. Cycle length 28 days= egg day 14. At age 48 "mother nature" may have foreclosed your fertile career with "peri-menopause!
