What are the treatment options for hydrocele if the patient had no insurance?

Symptoms?: A small hydrocele may be left alone even if you have insurance. How large is the swelling? Is it causing symptoms? If it is manageable, you may decide to wait till you have insurance. Avoid trauma to the part.The only know treatment is surgery.

A couple things: A hydrocelectomy is the gold standard for removing the hydrocele. Aspitation is another option, where a needle is inserted in the hydrocele sac and it is aspirated, the hydrocele has a high chance of recurring with aspiration alone.
