Stop the progression: The progression of bone loss is what you need to control, not the bone level in your jaw. Sometimes, you may have bone loss, but the bone level is now stable and not progressively worse. On the other hand, you may have an active progression of bone loss. Regardless where the level of bone is, this condition when diagnosed early, can easily be treated and must be treated.
