How can i relieve a sinus toothache?

Sudafed: Assuming you are not on blood pressure medicine, sudafed will often provide sinus relief without affecting any teeth directly. If this resolves the issue, it may be sinus in origin. Most pain meds and antibiotics will work on symptoms of dental and sinus etiology providing relief without determining the origin of the problem. Best to see a dentist with that information to determine appropriate tx.

See DDS: The tooth pain may or may not be due to sinusitis. See DDS. Decongestants/antibiotics will help with sinusitis.
