Question not clear: I am not entirely sure what you are asking (what you mean when you say "dont fil taking it with 1 mg so i take it in half..."). But there is no problem with taking Lorazepam 0.25 mg 6 hours apart. However you should always follow your doctor's recommendation.

Ativan (lorazepam): Not sure if u r taking Ativan (lorazepam) alone or with other medications for anxiety & how long u have been taking it, but my advise is to follow your doctor's advice & use it as prescribed.
