Continued abd pain w/ bm and sex. bad abd pain weeks ago ct scan said ruptured ovar cyst. gyno did ultras, fluid present, said no r. cyst. why pain now?

U may have: A pelvic infection, endometriosis, or pelvic adhesions, so you may need to have laparoscopic or robotic surgery to see what is going on cause the conditions i just styated do not show up on an ultrasound or cat scan or see a diff gyn for a 2nd opinion.
