Doctor can evaluate: Ribs and upper belly aches can be from the stomach, but also can be from the heart and lungs. Loose bowel movements can be from stomach flu infections, food causes, medicine effects, etc... A primary care doctor can evaluate to see why one is having multiple symptoms. The doctor can look into what kind of aches/pains one is having with wearing a bra.
