Possibly: Turmeric is one of the most healthful herbs, with many proven benefits- it is a powerful anti-inflammatory & anti-oxidant, may prevent & reverse alzheimer's, prevents& treats cancer, thins blood, lowers cholesterol etc. I am unaware of human studies proving it helps with weight loss, but studies in mice suggest that it might be helpful for this; more research is needed.
