Saw new doc, thinks thyroid, nausea, saw everywhere, swollen neck, problem swallowing, fatigue, rapid weight gain/loss, could it be thyroid cancer?

Unlikely but ask doc: Unlikely if it is your doctor might have told you, your doctor will do thyroid function tests if you have over active or under active thyroid will treat you with medications, if needed will do the scan of thyroid , don't worry follow your doctor's advice.

However, it sounds like it would be a great idea, given your symptoms, for you to be evaluated by an endocrinologist, a specialist who can appropriately evaluate your thyroid and risk for cancer.
