Healthy 30 year old male does not smoke or drink i feel like something is stuck in my throat theres no pain but when i swallow i can feel it and i am concerned about thyroid cancer, i have been feeling tired lately , should i be concerned with this?

Almost certainly not thyroid cancer. But if it bothers you see a Dr to get checked out. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Share with a Dr.
