Needs to be checked: Your symptoms you have described about swelling in right side of neck in back,hard time swallowing and fatigue for a month needs medical evaluation asap.Swelling may be enlarges lymph nodes due to an infectious process or something else.I will not waste anytime on this site trying to find a diagnosis.Consult your doctor asap.Will need a deatailedhistory and exam.Blood and other tests in indicated
