Positive: Yes the serum pregnancy hormone level is above the positive threshold. Therefore this is an early pregnancy. This does not guarantee viability of the pregnancy. Only time will tell the future of the pregnancy. Hope this helps.

Agree with Dr. O: You may wish to repeat the test in 2-3 days. In a normal pregnancy HCG levels double every 2- days during early pregnancy. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
