A member asked:

Is testing once every 24 hours with an opk sufficient or is it possible to still miss my surge?

No test is perfect: Ovulation predictor kits are good but no test is 100% accurate. Regular periods mean you're ovulating regularly - test daily between 10 am and noon starting day 10 counting the start of your period as day 1, don't use first morning urine. One test a day is enough. Ovuquick brand is a little more sensitive (search it). If you have irregular cycles, or the OPK is not working for you see a rei doc.
