You can..but: Most obs would prefer that their patients are off of all medications. The decision as to whether the benefit outweighs the risks should be made by your OB and your psychiatrist together. When in doubt defer to the ob.

Yes: I would agree with dr. Bey, though i would state that the decision should be made by you in consultation with your significant other, psychiatrist and obgyn. The decision is easier if you are informed. Several meta-analyses combining studies with exposures to ssris, including zoloft, (sertraline) do not demonstrate an increase in risk of congenital malformation in children exposed to these antidepressants.
