Probably not 1 time: If you are talking about thyroid hormone you may feel jittery for a day or two depending on the dose you took. If it was Propylthiouracil or Methimazole a single dose probably wouldn't do much. If you have taken several doses i suggest you see your doctor for testing.

Not really: Thyroid med is very safe . One accidental pill should not cause any problem. Just take precaution so it doesn't happen again.
