Sleep walking: Sleep walking is neither a nightmare or a night terror. Night terrors generally occur in young children where they act terrified, screaming but do not respond and are not awake. Night mares are bad dreams that you remember when you wake up. Sleep walking is walking in your sleep. Eyes might be open but not awake which is why it's not remembered.
