Can drinking high amounts of water remove the affects of a high salt diet?
Sucralose..Trying to reduce sugar intake. Alternative to diet soda. Found sparkling water that has sucralose in ingredients but doesn't say amount. It says 0g for carb,sugars, sodium, calories & caffeine. Is this OK to drink and not raise glucose?
