Fat necrosis: This could be an area of fat necrosis or fibrosis. Some of this should soften over time.

Common; May be cyst?: It is normal and common to have a hard lump of scar tissue for several months but especially for the first 6 weeks of healing before beginning to soften. However it could also be a cyst. If it does not begin to improve within 4 weeks, i would consider seeing an md. In the meantime topical scar massage may help.

Likely hematoma: If its not too painful or red, it's likely where you had a collection of blood from the injury, or hematoma. Sometimes this will take time for your body to resorb, and may cause some "scarring" which will feel like a lump. Should improve with some time.
