Needs to see a docto: He apparently is sick and for his persistant symptoms he need to consult a doctor to find out the cause of his symptoms.If he was bit by mosquitoes and there is any mosquito carrying disease is reported where you live in, than it can be so he need medical exam and treatment asap.
