Only temporary: Eyeball color, the whites of the eyes, are a combination of the white background overlain with blood vessels and interspersed with pigment some of which accumulates with age. There is a racial underpinning as well. You cannot change the pigment but can temporarily diminish the redness with drops that "get the red out" which can help with photography.
