Maybe: That is a large hydrosalpinx. Often they are chronically infected and contact infected fluid inside. If it bursts open, it can lead to life threatening infection and hospitalization. However that is not very common. It may also cause you chronic pelvic pain or painful sex and will likely affect fertility.
