You won't want to: You won't feel like having oral sex for some time after surgery- you'll be a bit sore.

Pitcher or catcher?: We advise patients to refrain from any suction after extractions for at least 72 hours. That goes for the use of a straw or smoking or anything that could dislodge the blood clot. Oral sex, then, would not be a problem if you are the catcher, not the pitcher.

1 week: I would wait at least a week to ensure you are completely healed!

2-3 weeks: Healing must be going well and no bleeding present and no sutures present for at least 1 week. Vaccum pressure can pull out a blood clot and cause dry socket plus ask for infection directly into the blood stream. Stay on the side of conservative.

One week: One week should be ok. For best results with wisdom teeth, make sure you are evaluated and treated by a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon.
