Be careful.: There are a number of different prescription weight-loss products as well as over-the-counter "diet pills ". Some of these can interact with Lexapro (escitalopram) and others can exacerbate symptoms of the conditions Lexapro (escitalopram) is commonly prescribed to treat. The safest course would be to work with the prescribing physician regarding your concerns with your weight.
