Few to consider..: Qsymia=phentermine+topiramate: causes many side effects. Rare but serious ones: allergic reaction, high blood pressure, heart valve disorders, tremors, psychosis, pancreatitis, liver failures, thus careful with decongestant (pseudafed/phenylephrine), antihistamines 9zyrtec/benadryl), and tylenol (acetaminophen) containing products. Consult doc if u need to take these meds. Good luck.
