Bronchitis?: I would need more history, such as how long this has been going on, but this sounds like you could have chronic (or acute) bronchitis. You should tell your doctor about this, get a cxr, and if you smoke, you should get help quitting.

Nasal congestion : Chronic nasal congestion may cause post nasal drip and a morning cough. Rinse nasal passages, keep bedding clean, dust free and please see your physician.
