I have a constant dry cough that i can't control like tics and in the morning i get this thick sticky light yellow phlem that i cough up. what is this?

There could also be a component of wheezing or asthma that is aggravating your cough, or even reflux. All the more reason to be seen for a thorough evaluation. Good wishes:)
