Depends: It depends on what you're allergic to, or prone to be allergic to. It's best to gradually cut out different groups of foods to see which ones may be affecting you. Common groups include gluten, dairy products, and night-shade foods. Search the internet for specific foods to avoid in each of these groups, then try removing them from your diet for one week at a time.
