A member asked:

I've had red veins in my eyes for a few years they have got worse, is there a way to remove them?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Red veins if persistent can be due to chronic conditions of the eye but i assume you have seen your ophthalmologist to diagnose this. If it is just a cosmetic issue, they can be treated with laser to attentuate them. This is not covered by insurance as these prominent vessels do not cause pathology of the eyes.
