I m 13weeks pregnant and currently being treated for hypothyroidism my recent boodtests show t4 19 2 and ftsh 2 2 does this indicate that i may need an increase in medication soon ?

Possibly: Technically, your TSH is normal, but in pregnancy, we like to be just a smidgen lower.

Not necessarily: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, If your TSH is 2.2, you are okay. Talk to your doctor at your next visit.
