Adult milia: You may have adult form of milia. Milia occur when tiny bits of dead skin clog pores. In babies they go away spontaneously, in adults they may need to be removed. They aren't serious just annoying. See: http://www.Nlm.Nih.Gov/medlineplus/ency/article/001367.Htm.
