See Specialist: I think you need to evaluated before treatment can be discussed. Sounds like the herniated disc may be be thr problem. See physician.

Radiculopathy: This needs to be evaluated by a specialist, such as a physiatrist. There is nothing specifically you should drink to ease the pain, and medication recommendations cannot be made without knowing your medical history. What you can do - if you have a herniated disk, certainly avoid maneuvers that increase pain (typically bending forward, but depends), and consider a mckenzie based exercise program.

You can try : An antiinflammatory but i would see a doctor. It is nerve related and can be coming from that herniated disc.
