I doubt it: Certain lactobacilli strains (good bacteria) have the ability to interfere with the adherence and growth some bacteria that cause urine infections. But if you have a urinary tract infection things already have invaded the bladder so putting lactobacilli anywhere else would not likely help. However 25-42% resolve without antibiotics. Call your doctor to see what is best for you.
