Conservative for now: Since you are pregnant, you should consider the basic treatments only at this time. Ice to your knees when you get a chance to sit. Reduce your walking amount as the increased weight can cause transient knee pain. Tendonitis can occur transiently with pregnancy. Medications are not good when your pregnant so discuss with your ob.
